Glória Coelho is one of the best Brazilian fashion designers. At 61, Coelho has been dressing sophisticated women for over 30 years. Her creations are futuristic with great shapes and nicely cut tailoring. Coelho is also mum of Pedro Lourenço (what an amazing family!) who has dressed Lady Gaga and others.
This collection is actually from her autumn/winter 2013 collection - not 2012, as Brazilian autumn starts in March - which was inspired (mainly) by Higgs Boson and energy "It is an energetic and sexy collection" - Says Coelho. Another inspiration was Sonia Delaunay's works, a French painter who usually worked with strong colours and geometric shapes - check out the picture HERE.
