Metallic Degrade Notebook
It was one of those boring Mondays, I was on the bus, listening to music and I looked at the seat next to me and realized that someone just left their notebook there. I flipped through the pages and couldn't find any contact information to give it back to the owner. Just left all the sheets in blank intact, taped its cover with adhesive tapes in black and white and sprayed half of it with metallic ink to give it a degrade effect.
Lost and found, old but new, used but still useful.
And what I most like about it is the fact that the sides of the sheets were also unintentionally sprayed what reminds me of a bible but in silver.

Recycling Is More Than Important
Exactly one year, twelve months, three hundreds and sixty five days since I founded Pedro Korshi, that means - three collections, more than fifty pieces of clothing and lots and lots of patchwork were left in a wood box under my sewing machine table. Erm, why? Well, just for the simple fact they can be reused one day. Recycling should be a law and not just an environmental education. We live on the same planet, money doesn't grown on trees, energy is expensive and we, humans, breathe the same air. Recycling is like a routine since I was born, since I am known as human and reusing the blank side of an used paper will make a big difference to our planet.
Therefore I decided to open a new label/category on the blog - 'Recycling', on which I will be publishing pieces of clothing or some other things I make from patchwork. I am ready to fly up!

DIY - Silver Knotted Bracelet
Please, ignore my dirty fingers, I was painting a pair of shoes white I will show you soon if my mum doesn't kill me first.
The idea of taking pictures with my mannequin's head is basically because I feel like... a super man with this bracelet - the power of pulling things up.
Anyway I know my DIY projects are ridiculously easy and that's what I like about them, I want everybody to try them without the excuse that they are tooooo difficult as we see bloggers doing sometimes.
Do I even need to explain this DIY-project? - I used silver faux leather and a couple of snaps.

Like A Pillowcase And Pretty As A Picture
Fred Perry shorts
Uniqlo long t-shirt
DIY shirt
TOPMAN sunglasses
Art has always inspired fashion, YEEES, they often go hand in hand, and this season some designers have been inspired by famous artists. Celine was inspired by a beautiful piece by Thomas Poulsen (a Danish artist) > HERE and also Jil sander by Raf Simons who was inspired by Pablo Picasso to make this amazing jumper > HERE.
Therefore I made a shirt inspired by John McCracken, my favourite artist at the moment.
Oh I was forgetting to say that my shirt was a pillowcase!
Conclusion: If you love art and fashion look for your favourite piece by your favourite artist and make it as your inspiration to put onto your shirt.

Perspex Clutch From A Chocolate Box
I wouldn't wear perspex clutches in this season because I don't think it's time to wear this type of clutches BUT after watching the latest Jil Sander collection with those perspex boxes with flowers in them and reminding one year ago when Maison M. Margiela showed some perspex clutches also with flowers in them (spring/summer 2011 collection)... I just thought more about wearing them.
A week ago I got a chocolate box from my mum as a birthday present which I wore as a clutch on Wednesday, so finally, the big secret of my perspex clutch > it was a chocolate box!
